Choose the right place for the question
Community tools include Prompt Architect, Character Builder and Chat Toolkit. Inspect a tool's description and permissions before allowing it to access browser or account information.
Discord offers community discussions and private support tickets. Reddit is another public space for experiences and questions; it should not be used to publish billing details.
Keep Love Island's beta balance separate
Love Island has a separate Play and conversion experience. It describes LOVE as an in-game token with no intrinsic value, not as your ordinary chat membership allowance.
Read the beta's current conversion details before exchanging credits. A balance displayed in a game is not a guarantee of financial value.
A published character is not a referral agreement
Review the public-facing profile and greeting media before sharing a companion. Public submissions go through review, so keep private details out of those fields.
Affiliate participation is a separate application with its own qualification and payment conditions. Views or popularity on a character card do not establish an entitlement to commission.
Send company and account questions privately
For an account concern, identify the issue to [email protected] without login codes or passwords. Keep the relevant receipt, campaign or ticket reference with the discussion.
Partnership enquiries belong in the affiliate application process rather than a character comment. Outside reviews can be useful reading, but they cannot resolve a private charge.
