What you can do on the free plan
The free plan includes character creation, AI chat and limited image generation. Paid models and other charged requests are separate.
If you expect to write stories, begin with a conversation. If you expect to make pictures, test the relevant image controls. Only the messages you send count toward your chat allowance; a companion's replies do not. Your plan and selected model determine that allowance.
What the plan names tell you about context
Tokens measure pieces of text, not a universal number of messages. Character details, instructions and conversation history take up context together. Saved Memory is a separate place for selected facts.
These figures are not a monthly tariff or a promise of unlimited media. Compare the live plan information and the total due in your currency.

Read a billing offer in full
Use the current purchase screen for the actual price. An older review or a seasonal graphic may refer to a different plan, billing period or eligibility rule.
- Identify the currency and the amount charged immediately.
- Check the period covered by that amount.
- Find the renewal date and recurring total.
- Separate credit packs from subscription benefits.
- Read any first-purchase or introductory conditions.
Price the selected request, not just the tool
Credits can pay for a priced chat model, paid Memory options, voice usage, custom-voice previews, Enhance, V3 or V3 2K images, and video generation or extensions. Voice calls are charged per minute. Check the displayed rate before confirming any of these actions.
When a result seems delayed, inspect its status and gallery before repeating a paid action. For a dispute, keep the time, selected model and purchase reference.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Open Profile, then Settings > Subscription and Credits to change or cancel a plan. Cancelling leaves paid access available until the current billing period ends; keep the confirmation.
Permanent account deletion is a different request from changing a renewal. Resolve an outstanding purchase question while you can still identify the relevant account and receipts.
