Before choosing a paid plan
Free access covers the character creator, chat and a limited image allowance. A paid model or request can still require credits.
Compare conversation context
A token is a unit of text, not a complete message. The character setup and instructions share the window with recent conversation. Memory provides a separate place to keep selected facts.

Check creation separately from media usage
The published Pro and higher plans include unlimited companion creation. That does not make every generated image, video or call an unlimited action; review the relevant credit conditions as well.
Monthly billing and prepaid periods
Use the current account offer for the price in your currency. An advertised monthly equivalent can describe a longer prepaid period; read the amount charged today, the period it covers and the next renewal together.
Check whether a seasonal offer applies to a first purchase, a credit bundle or recurring membership. An expired promotion should not determine the amount you expect to pay.
Changing a plan or asking about a charge
Manage renewal in Profile > Settings > Subscription and Credits. After cancellation, paid benefits remain until the billing period ends.
If a renewal or charge needs investigating, identify the receipt and account privately. A password, verification code or full payment-card number is not needed to explain the question.
