A character, a conversation and somewhere to take it
A good opening gives you something to answer. Choose a companion for a one-to-one exchange, or enter a fantasy with its own setting, relationships and cast.
Let the next reply change the scene
Introduce a small event instead of trying to outline the whole story at once. A parcel delivered to the wrong door, an unfinished song or a question asked after closing time gives the companion a clear reason to respond.
Our chat controls separate the writing from the character. Try Short, Default or Long replies, compare the available models, or use Custom Instructions for a preference you want to keep. If an established fact matters later, put it in Memory and remove an older entry that contradicts it.
Give your companion more than a portrait
A character's habits make their voice recognisable. An anxious chef might keep checking a timer; a confident cartographer might hesitate only when asked about a missing island. Write what they do, what they know and how your characters first meet.
Browse an AI girlfriend or a male companion by personality as well as appearance. For an original character, choose an adult identity, review the physical traits and write a greeting that leaves space for your response. Decide what should remain private before sharing a profile.
Keep the same person in a new picture
Select a companion before describing an image. Add the clothing, pose, location and lighting you actually want to see. If one detail needs work, change that detail first; replacing every part of the prompt makes the results harder to compare.
Video uses a different set of controls. Describe a short action, choose a duration and resolution, and check the charge for those settings. A generated clip is not a voice call: spoken replies, live calls and saved media each have their own options.
Know what belongs to your account
You can open Nectar in a desktop or mobile browser. A home-screen shortcut simply brings you back to the service; it does not add another subscription. Return with your original sign-in method if conversations or credits appear to be missing.
Free access, membership benefits and credit-based actions cover different things. Check your allowance and the selected action rather than relying on an old price or offer. For an account concern, send the relevant reference privately, without a password, verification code or full card number.

Questions before your next conversation
What can I do with Nectar AI?
Talk to fictional characters, create a companion and shape an interactive story. Image, video and voice tools offer other ways to develop the same character; their controls and allowances are separate from text chat.
Can I try Nectar AI for free?
Yes. The free plan includes character creation, AI chat and a limited image allowance. It does not unlock every model or paid action. Check the remaining allowance and any credit charge before starting a request.
How do I make a character with an original personality?
Choose their appearance and adult identity, then write a background and describe how they behave. Use the greeting to begin a particular encounter, and review the visibility setting before finishing.
Do I need an Android APK or an iPhone app?
Nectar is available in the browser; no native download is needed. Chrome on Android and Safari on iPhone can add a home-screen shortcut. Avoid entering account credentials into unofficial APKs.
Can a Nectar conversation include a group of characters?
Yes. A group fantasy can have several companions, with up to ten in a group. Let Auto choose the reply or select a speaker when you want one person's response.
How do character images and videos connect to chat?
Select the saved companion in the image tools to use that character in a scene. Video can start from a prompt or a generated image. Review the model, output settings and cost for each request.
Does NSFW mode mean that every request is allowed?
No. The browsing switch changes which profiles you see; it does not turn off content rules. Adult features are for adults, and prohibited material remains restricted in chat and visual generation.
Which details should stay out of a character conversation?
Leave passwords, payment credentials and identifying documents out of chats and public profiles. Check a companion's publication settings, and use private support for account or billing questions.
Where do I request account deletion?
Email [email protected] with enough information to identify your account and state that you want the account removed. Review recurring billing separately and follow any verification request privately; do not send a password.
